Built for One Side of the Market
Common was built specifically for Dubai’s commercial property market — not adapted from a residential portal. Office leasing, industrial acquisitions, retail disposals and logistics investment move differently to a home sale, and they were being served by the same fragmented tools: scattered broker networks, stale asking prices, and deals that closed on relationships instead of data.
We set out to build the connective layer commercial real estate was missing — a single platform where investors, occupiers, landlords, brokers and advisors work from the same live pipeline of opportunities, priced and dated against real transactions.
